TIP:
When it comes to baking, it is helpful to know your egg substitutes for those recipes that require an egg. A simple swap for one egg is one tablespoon of chia seeds mixed with three tablespoons of water. Let this sit for a few minutes until the chia seeds swell and the mixture looks like a gel. This means it is ready to use in place of an egg in your baking.
