Rainbow Fruit Cups

Rainbow Fruit Cups

  • 75 g strawberries, whole
  • 75 g watermelon, chopped
  • 150 g banana, sliced
  • pulp of 1 large passionfruit
  • 150 g seedless grapes, whole
  • 75 g kiwifruit, chopped
  • 75 g blueberries, whole
  • 75 g peach, diced or 3/4 cup canned peaches in natural juice
  • 75 g lychee, drained


Use seasonal fruits as available - 150g per cup (amount of cups depends on number of guests, 1 cup per child).


1. Wash fruit and chop or slice into bite size pieces where needed.

2. Arrange in the cups based on same colour combinations. 

3. Serve immediately.

Green grape and kiwi fruit 

Black grape and blueberries

White peach and lychees
