Apple Pie Chia Pudding

Ingredients
- 1 tbs chia seeds
- 1 tbs water
- 1/3 cup reduced-fat milk
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 apple, grated
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Variations
Can be dairy-free and vegan if choosing a plant-based milk.
This recipe makes one pot, to make more pots simply multiply the ingredients accordingly.
Method
- In a small container (at least 150 mL + room for toppings) with a good lid, place all the ingredients.
- Tightly replace the lid and shake well. Let set in the fridge overnight (or in the lunchbox till recess time!).
- Remember to pack a spoon!
Storage: Keeps well in the fridge for 2-3 days.
