Apple Pie Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 tbs chia seeds
  • 1 tbs water
  • 1/3 cup reduced-fat milk
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 apple, grated
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Variations

Can be dairy-free and vegan if choosing a plant-based milk.

This recipe makes one pot, to make more pots simply multiply the ingredients accordingly. 

Method

  1. In a small container (at least 150 mL + room for toppings) with a good lid, place all the ingredients.
  2. Tightly replace the lid and shake well. Let set in the fridge overnight (or in the lunchbox till recess time!).
  3. Remember to pack a spoon!

Storage: Keeps well in the fridge for 2-3 days.
