Pesto Chicken Wrap

- Vegetarian
Ingredients
- 1 wholemeal or wholegrain wrap
- 2 tsp basil pesto
- 90 g cooked or BBQ chicken breast
- 1/4 medium Lebanese cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup alfalfa sprouts
- 1/4 medium red capsicum, thinly sliced
Method
- Spread pesto down the centre of the wrap.
- Layer ingredients and roll up.
*Note most store bought pesto's contain nuts. Check the label before sending to school.
