Pesto Chicken Wrap

Ingredients

  • 1 wholemeal or wholegrain wrap
  • 2 tsp basil pesto
  • 90 g cooked or BBQ chicken breast
  • 1/4 medium Lebanese cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup alfalfa sprouts
  • 1/4 medium red capsicum, thinly sliced

Method

  1. Spread pesto down the centre of the wrap.
  2. Layer ingredients and roll up.

*Note most store bought pesto's contain nuts. Check the label before sending to school.
