Green smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves
  • 2 cups reduced-fat milk
  • 1 large apple, cored and chopped
  • 1 banana, chopped
  • 1/2 zucchini, chopped
  • 1/4 avocado, chopped

Method

Blend ingredients together and serve immediately.
