Ingredients

  • 1 wholemeal or wholegrain roll
  • 2 tsp basil pesto
  • 90 g cooked or BBQ chicken breast
  • 1/4 medium Lebanese cucumber
  • 1/4 cup alfalfa sprouts
  • 1/4 medium red capsicum

Method

  1. Cut bread roll in half.
  2. Spread the pesto on both halves of the roll.
  3. On the base, add cucumber, alfaalfa sprouts, red capsicum, and cooked chicken then cover with the top of the roll.
