Berry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat plain yoghurt
  • 1 cup reduced-fat milk
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 large banana, peeled

Method

Place all the ingredients in a blender and place on high until smooth. 

Variations

  • Add 2 tsps of chia seeds and 1 tbs of coconut for a flavour boost!
