Berry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat plain yoghurt
- 1 cup reduced-fat milk
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 large banana, peeled
Variations
Add 2 tsps of chia seeds and 1 tbs of coconut for a flavour boost!
Pour leftover smoothie into icy pole moulds and freeze for a refreshing after school snack.
Method
Place all the ingredients in a blender and place on high until smooth.
