Crunch&Sip criteria

1. 1. I have read and understood Crunch&Sip Classroom guidelines.
2. 2. I have identified ways to provide fruit or vegetables for students who do not have access to them
3. 3. Students, teachers and parents have been made aware of Crunch&Sip by (must tick at least two boxes):
   • Provided information on enrolment
   • Inserts in school or classroom newsletter
   • Disseminated parent brochure
   • Sent letter to parents
   • Discussed at parent/teacher meetings
   • Notified parents as part of other parent communications
   • In-class encouragement and participation
   • Presented to relevant school committees (e.g. P&C/P&F)
   • Presented at staff meetings
   • Distributed Crunch&Sip bookmark to students
   • Other
