Ingredients

  • 2 prawn & avocado rice paper rolls, pre-prepared
  • 35 g capsicum, sliced
  • 30 g snow pea, washed
  • 1 portion mini carrot cake, pre-prepared

Method

  1. Pre-prepare mini carrot cakes, cut into bite sized pieces and place into container.
  2. Pre-prepare beetroot hummus dip and decant 115g into container.
  3. Place capsicum and snow peas in container (to eat with hummus dip).
  4. Prepare Prawn & avocado rice paper rolls, place 2 on container.
