Ingredients
- 2 prawn & avocado rice paper rolls, pre-prepared
- 35 g capsicum, sliced
- 30 g snow pea, washed
- 1 portion mini carrot cake, pre-prepared
Method
- Pre-prepare mini carrot cakes, cut into bite sized pieces and place into container.
- Pre-prepare beetroot hummus dip and decant 115g into container.
- Place capsicum and snow peas in container (to eat with hummus dip).
- Prepare Prawn & avocado rice paper rolls, place 2 on container.
