Ingredients

  • 65 g raspberries
  • 90 g mango
  • 75 g peach, diced or 3/4 cup canned peaches in natural juice
  • 45 g kiwifruit
  • 25 g blueberries

Method

1. Layer fruit into a rainbow shape. Start from the bottom of the plate and build on top of each stripe.
