Healthy breakfasts
Having a healthy and balanced breakfast is an important way to start the day. While most WA children and teenagers are kick starting the day with a good breakfast each morning, some are regularly missing out. This makes it harder to hit the ground running and keep energy levels up when it counts.

* Smoothies are a great choice when you are on the run. Just blitz some fruit, yoghurt and milk in a blender, pour into a reusable travel cup, rinse out the blender, and you are ready to go! A jug of this will keep in the fridge for several days.
