Packed with Goodness is a Cancer Council WA nutrition education program for parents of primary school-aged children at all West Australian schools.
The FREE 60-minute healthy lunchbox webinar will be delivered by health professionals and covers the following topics:
• tips for packing a healthy lunchbox
• healthy alternatives to pre-packaged snacks
• the importance of fruit and vegies for kids
• label reading
• the best drink choices for kids
