Chicken Pesto Chunky Roll

Ingredients
- 1 wholemeal or wholegrain roll
- 2 tsp basil pesto
- 90 g cooked or BBQ chicken breast
- 1/4 medium Lebanese cucumber
- 1/4 cup alfalfa sprouts
- 1/4 medium red capsicum
Method
- Cut bread roll in half
- Spreas the pesto on both halves of the roll.
- Over the base, add cucumber, alfaalfa sprouts, red capsicum, and cooked chicken then sandwich with the top of the roll
