Fruity Island

Ingredients
- 1 kiwifruit, sliced into half moons
- 1 banana, halved lengthways
- 1 mandarin, peeled
Method
1. Peel all the fruit
2. Assemble the fruit to look like a palm tree island with two halves of the banana as tree trunks, mandarin segments as the island base and kiwi fruit on top of banana as palm leaves
