How to apply

All schools meeting the Crunch&Sip^® criteria are eligible to submit to the Department of Health to be recognised as a Crunch&Sip^® School. Once your submission is accepted, you will receive a school certificate and a Crunch&Sip^® water bottle for every student.

Complete the submission checklist and attach your School's written Crunch&Sip^® Policy for certification. You can email or fax through your application.
